I’ve compared many collagen products out there. This one is the BEST for bone building.It has Fortibone which seems to be the most well studied collagen for bone density. I found several studies showing that this ingredient improves bone density. It dissolves nicely and has no taste. I love pairing it with the Healthy Bones Co hydration electrolytes to make a tasty drink!! This collagen is hands down the best one out there. Using to hopefully maintain or build bone.
Instead of taking prescription medication/shots like Fosomax, to help hopefully maintain and maybe improve my bones, my chiropractor recommended taking collagen. I like that Healthy Bones is specifically for bone building. Just had a Dexascan and will see if it helps when I get another bone scan in two years.If it helps hair, nails, etc, then that’s a plus. I put it in morning coffee after it’s cooled down some. No stickiness, no clumping like another brand I have tried. Will buy again.

Easily absorbed peptides for utelization of collegen. I use this for my grass fed beef collagen Peptide. I like 5 grams of protein per scoop. I go for 30 grams daily some marine collagen some chicken bone broth but Beef has best rating. I take for bone support but my skin dryness cleared up and my Good Cholesterol HDL was so good it wasn’t even on the chart. My bad triglicerides vanished. Best part odorless, tasteless!! Unlike other collagen powders that I have tried, this one dissolves totally in my morning coffee. Even if I let the coffee get cold, the powder doesn’t go to the bottom of the mug. It remains dissolved and suspended in my morning coffee. It has a neutral taste, and I don’t detect the taste when I add it to my morning coffee. The most important feature is this contains the collagen peptide Fortibone which my research indicated is best for bone health. I am taking this to improve my bone density. Since I have started taking it, I have noticed my fingernails have gotten a lot stronger. That is an added bonus which I didn’t expect. Have added this to my Subscribe and Save.
