Many different settings, and it does change the mode as you use it. I think it is a very good product, especially for more sensitive skin and consistent hair removal. I like that it has pulses of laser light, not harsh, or stinging, and not hot heat most of the time. Best for at home use, not painful.

My wife have been using this Hair Removal Device for around a week now, and she says noticing a big difference! First of all this kit comes with the IPL hair removal device and adapter, as well as lots of useful accessories such as safety goggles, a razor, cleaning cloth and power cord, which were a nice addition. There is also a helpful manual that explains how to use the device, how to clean, and what to do before use. The hair removal device itself comes with various modes a powerful hair removal (PHR) mode, bluetooth connection option, cooling technology mode, various intensity level modes, etc. We found that the cooling technology helps make the procedure overall more comfortable and practically pain free, and that the PHR mode was very effective for dealing with tougher areas. The device itself is lightweight, easy to use, and has a sleek and comfortable design making it easy to hold even for hard to reach areas. The machine is quiet and the materials appear durable.

Would not even turn on. Cannot find customer support.
I got this in the mail. I could not wait to try it. Plugged it in and it does not work!! Spent am hour trying to download the app to see if it would work that way, I reached out by chat, went to amazon to try to message seller to no avail, then finally called amazon to speak to someone who I could hardly understand. Took 30 minutes for him to send me a link to send a message to seller and 8 hours later, I still have a broken machine and no answers. I cannot even order the other one I looked at because it has doubled in price now. I am so disappointed!!

Very effective at-home IPL device.
With literally dozens of these Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) hair removal devices on the market it is difficult to know which one to buy. For the record I’m a male with light skin and a mixture of dark and gray hair. If your priority is effectiveness then this Salloot i15 Pro is probably your best choice. The most important feature when it comes to effectively removing hair is the amount of energy (joules) per unit area delivered in each pulse or group of pulses in a multi-pulse device. At an advertised 27 joules this device is near the top. The only one I’ve seen that is higher is the JOVS X which is advertised at 30 joules. I chose this device over that one for a few reasons. This device has dual flash lamps and the quad-pulse feature. The JOVS X has only one flash lamp and is just a single-pulse device. I’m not sure if these features increase effectiveness, but this is where the trend in IPL devices is going so I wanted to give it a try. Also, it was quite a bit cheaper than the JOVS X which broke the tie.I have used other IPL devices in the past including the JOVS Venus Pro II (24J). I can say that the i15 Pro has been the most effective at removing hair by far. It removes more hair and removes it faster. I’m talking mostly about stomach and chest hair.The JOVS Venus Pro II is the best for ergonomics and it’s unique design makes it easier to use in hard to reach areas, but it just isn’t as effective as the Salloot i15 Pro.If you are looking for an IPL device then make sure it lists the maximum energy output. All these at-home devices are highly underpowered compared to the laser devices used by pros and so it’s important to get one that is in the upper range power wise. I wouldn’t bother with anything under 20J or anything that doesn’t list it’s max energy output. The 100 watts this device advertises has more to do with how fast it recharges the capacitor. It means that you can complete your sessions faster than a device with less wattage. If you remember high school physics, joules is a total amount of energy where wattage (watt = joules/sec) is the RATE at which energy is used. The other features like ice cooling and the different levels and modes are really not important as they all pretty much include these features and they have more to do with comfort and little or nothing to do with effectiveness.The only things I don’t like about this device is that it is easy to accidentally hit the touch pad and inadvertently change the settings. Also, it will overheat and automatically shut down if you use it in the PHR quad-pulse mode continuously for more than 10 minutes. If this happens then just unplug the device, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in.One last thing… Some people and advertisers list these as laser hair removal. To be clear these are NOT lasers. Lasers use a single wavelength (color) of light. These IPL devices use a much wider spectrum (white light).

I recently got this IPL laser device and me and my girl have already tried it a couple of times. We are starting to see the effect even after just a few sessions which makes us really excited to continue the treatment for full results. The 100W dual light technology with large window makes the sessions fast and efficient. Of course there are some hairs coming back which is normal but they are less than before. The device is very easy to use and comfortable on the skin. Because if the ice cooling feature, there is no burning or itching at all and it does not get hot on the skin during use which makes the whole process smooth and relaxing. I had this issue with my philips IPL before.The quality feels solid and reliable and it gives the same results you would expect from the more popular and expensive devices. It’s smart and build feels nice in hand. The only small setback is that you need to be consistent and keep using it over time to see the complete results but that is expected with this kind of treatment. The PHR mode works really well on thicker hair and the option to treat the whole body from legs to face is super convenie, however, it worked better for my grilfriend than me. Overall it feels like a professional solution at home and we are really happy with it.
