This has been an excellent melatonin I have purchased for my son for years and it always does such a great job and getting him to sleep and keeping him to sleep all night. It’s an absolutely great value and Amazon does a great job with this melatonin. I would recommend those to anyone. My son says these are very tasty and also very easy to chew and swallow.
