Relaxing scent and gentle on skin
I don’t know about pain relief because I’m honestly not sure if Epsom salt does anything for me, or if it’s just the soaking in hot water that helps, but this stuff is definitely a keeper regardless!It foams beautifully, smells lovely, and really does make for a relaxing bath!!! Perfect for unwinding at the end of the day and getting ready for bed.Since I have eczema and psoriasis, I didn’t use as much to create heavy bubbles like some have in the review pictures, but I still got a nice amount of bubbles without any irritation. This means that I can hopefully treat myself more than just a couple of times a year without “paying a price” to my skin. Hello stress relief!!!Also, my children used this stuff as well! The difference it made in their bedtime routine was jaw dropping!!! They fell asleep so much faster and actually seemed eggar to settle down for the night, as apposed to being determined to stay up and play….All in all, we got about 14 baths out of one bottle, stress relief, the feeling of being pampered and getting a treat, and happy skin. Worth every penny! (Just keep in mind that I only half fill the tub for my kids because of splashing…)

Love, Love, Love and it Works!
I have been using this stuff for about the last 5 years almost every night due to having RA. I soak in a bath probably for about an hour and it makes a huge difference on my pain levels and the lavender makes me sleepy and ready for bed. Because I stay in the water for so long it doesn’t really help with moisturizing as much as it would if I only stayed in the bath for 20 minutes or a half an hour. It has Epsom salt in it already so it should be a natural moisturizer for most people along with the pain relief. The lavender smell is a true lavender aroma and I love it! These are part of my self-care staples! Sometimes I interchange the lavender with a Himalayan pink salt one that they have and I definitely enjoy the lavender one the best!

This is my first adult experience with bubble baths. I often am sore/stiff in the evenings from a hectic life, and I’m a big fan of the solid epsom salt in the same scent. Tried this last night: The bubbles lasted a long time, and it smelled great! I slept well last night, and I’m sure this helped my sleep a little. I did add about a third cup of epsom salt to the bath as well. I did use about a quarter of this bottle in the tub– I really just didn’t know how much I was supposed to use, and I think I used a little too much. The bubbles were so high I worried they’d get on my floor even though the water itself wasn’t that high in my tub. So add slowly! I’m going to try some of the other scents once this bottle runs out. The only negative is that I’m sure I could find a lower price if I was able to go to a few stores and look around. Convenience of delivery made the markup worth it.

This is my first time using this epson salt bath and it smells great considering I am allergic to everything. I use this with my tub liners and have about a 20-40 minutes soak depends on my mood. This really helps with the pain. one day after filling my tub line in the tup up with bath water and poor this in my cycle decide to start, I was in so much pain and since I already had my bath prepared I decide to go ahead an get in and after about ten minutes or so in the tub my menstal pain subsided I was impressed. I am not a bath taking person but I use this to detox from mold allergy and would never take a bath while my cycle was on but it turns out to make a huge difference. Now I just make sure I use it leading up to my cycle and to easy my pain from my toxin allergy and yoya pain. New to yoga an everything hurts after pushing my self to try the new moves and it works wonder. I lower my shoulder and back into the Water for a better soak and I also put the bubbles all over my shoulder and neck while I relax.
