Hard to Find These Days, but a Great Product…
My mother used this Maybelline eyebrow pencil when I was a girl. When I cut my Afro really short at age 19 (1973), Mom said I needed careful grooming of my eyebrows to enhance a feminine look. When I groom my eyebrbows, the ends don’t taper gracefully, they simply disappear. Now these old brows are flecked with white hairs and really have “disappeared.” I like the relatively full brow look (not thin brow lines of the 1930s that tend to make people look as though they have lower self esteem in these contemporary times).These days, I sometimes use a couple of charcoal gray/brown smudges of eyebrow wax near the start of the brows that I blend with a tapered brush when I’m doing full make up. The black is a taper at the ends to frame my eyes, make my face look “finished.” I hope this makes sense.

Without exaggeration, I have 20 different types of eyebrow tools, pencils, pens, etc. you name it and I have it or used it and I still go back to Maybelline. It’s been around 1000 years and there’s a reason for it. It’s practical and it works easier to use you could play around with it. Great great product.

I’ve used these for years and am happy but them online since people jack them from the drugstore and rarely have dark brown. I like to buy the 6 pk lasts me a year and I will buy extra sharpeners because I like a sharp tip!
