Good supplement, pretty effective
When dieting, it can be easy not to take in enough nutrients to stay healthy, and I’ve been told that hair and nails in particular can suffer problems. Well, these Nature’s Bounty supplements really do help and make a big difference. My nails are much stronger, and my hair does seem to be growing a little better.Essentially, these capsule provide vitamin B support, plus the minerals associated with healthy hair, skin, and nails.The capsules have no taste and are small, they go down very easily. It’s worth noting that the standard dosage is 3 capsules, so a bottle of 150 is a 50 day supply. Fortunately, they’re not expensive and these are a good value for the money, especially if you can get them on sale as I did.As always be sure to tell your medical professionals about any and all supplements you may be taking.

I did research, read a lot of reviews, and decided to give Nature’s Bounty Advanced Hair Skin & Nails vitamins a try. Menopause does a number to our bodies, am I right ladies?! My husband has aged 😍 without much work and I have to work very hard to be 😍…lol. My hair lost its umph, my skin looked dull and I had no energy. So, I decided it was time to add a woman’s vitamin to my daily self care routine. I’ve been taking these Nature’s Bounty vitamins every morning for almost a month and have already noticed a difference. Last weekend I met my niece for breakfast and she said I looked different, that my skin had a little glow to it and my hair looked fuller. I had noticed this too, but, because I had only been taking the vitamins a short time, I thought it was just wishful thinking. The research I did said the effects of the vitamins could take up to 3 months to be noticeable, but I’m almost a month in, and I definitely look and feel different. I’m excited to say my skin has a nice subtle glow, my nails are growing, and my hair is already looking healthier. And energy? Omg, I definitely have more energy. A good product, but just “four star” rating due to its strong smell
I accidentally ordered the soft gel version of this Hair, Skin & Nails product, instead of the gummies of this same product which I had previously been taking for some time. I will continue to order the soft gels again if the price of the soft gels continues to be less expensive than the gummies. However I strongly suggest that people take these with a meal–both to avoid the taste / smell of them, and to avoid an upset stomach. Overall, I do note that this product works–I have stronger, longer nails now; my hair seems to be fuller, too.

No more split nails or hang nails!!
For the past few years, I’ve had problems with split nails. I started taking one of these pills once a day and didn’t notice an immediate improvement. However, after about a month, I realized that I’d only had 2 split nails. It’s been a few months now and I’m no longer having any issues. I also noticed less hangnails, as well.The pills are about medium size and they’re easy to swallow. There’s a slight aftertaste that only lasts maybe a minute, less if you drink a decent amount of liquid with it.In my opinion, this product is a great value for the price.

This product has made a huge difference in my hair thickness!It does upset me they use such a gigantic bottle and when opened it is only 1/3 full!Trying to store those gigantic bottles in the cabinet is a problem, I would rather have a smaller bottle completely full!
