Keeps my gut healthy after SIBO diagnosis
How have I not done a review of this probiotic before? I had SIBO for 3 1/2 years with no relief and multiple surgeries (gallbladder removal, and endometriosis) these helped with some very specific symptoms but did not eradicate the bacteria. I have tried many probiotics over the years and this one is the only one that ever helped and did not give other side effects.Now granted, for me, I had to be on doxycycline for a month and a half to rid the bad bacteria, but my doctor told me the only way to keep it away after the initial die off phase was to replace with a probiotic and replenish healthy gut bacteria. After the antibiotics did their work, I started Physician’s Choice and I’ll never go back. This one and the 100 billion CFUs that they sell repaired my gut.I have taken them daily for 1 1/2 years and I am 95% back to my baseline. Recently I ran out and tried a different probiotic that was lower strength and my bloating and diarrhea were starting to come back a little bit– not nearly to the level that they used to be but I could tell I had more discomfort when off of this probiotic. Take it from me, this really works. I feel great when I am on these and my SIBO is managed. They don’t have a bad taste, and in my opinion are not huge and hard to swallow, but I am used to swallowing pills much larger than this.

It works for many issues
I was having a lot of bouts with diarrhea and having studied nutrition for many years I knew that was an indication of gut issues so I looked for a good probiotic and found this one. Is was a bit more expensive than others but also has more probiotics. It cleared it up immediately. Recently I experience a sudden onset of a UTI (urinary tract infection) my doctor called in an antibiotic but it was after hours and I was in pain. I wondered what I could do to get through the rest of the day and night. Suddenly I thought of this probiotic. I wasn’t sure it would make a bit of difference but I knew it couldn’t hurt. Before I went to bed it was gone. I couldn’t believe it. It’s been about 3 weeks and I never picked up the antibiotics. Little, natural cure with no negative side affects

Helped my stomach/digestive system!
I’ve tried multiple kinds of probiotics and these are the only ones I feel are the best! You take one small, easy to swallow pill a day. It doesn’t upset my stomach and has no taste or burping afterwards. It doesn’t smell bad either. I feel my best when I consistently take these. I’ve been using them for a few years now and my digestive system has been functioning the well and I feel good!
