Well made, use for abdominal or back pain – it has pockets!
So good. Have bought others that are skimpy and cheaply made. This one is substantial and stays put whether you belt it or lay it flat. You can put it on your back or your abdomen (it has pockets!)

It does the intended function. My only complaint is that the product details present it as a multiuse heating pad, whereas when it arrived in my mailbox vis USPS the carton was labeled in large font “Menstrual Cramps Heating Pad”. Speaking as a 68 year old man, its been quite some time since I’ve had menstrual cramps so I would have preferred some more discreet packaging. My mailman was quite concerned.

Bad product
Worked great for a day then it started to just not function, when I got the package it was also extremely beat up like as if it was previously used it. Now the heating pad just blinks extremely disappointing would not buy again save your money and look for something better.

Really good heat. It’s big enough for a hips of a US size 10 women’s pants. Be careful with the cord, the part closest to the blanket feels like it could be more fragile. The strap holds it around wherever the pain is (like a cape).
