This is an exfoliant but feels like a toner. I use a cotton ad to apply and it makes my skin feel so clean. It has glycolic and salicylic acids plus vitamin C. My skin seems brighter after I use it. Love this product so much.

Looking for the “Pore Refining Toner?” Try this one.
I came to Amazon because I was desperate to find the old, and now unavailable Neutrogena Pore Refining Toner. I opted for the TruSkin as an alternative. While it isn’t as effective for me as the Neutrogena product, it comes in a close second.
