Doesn’t work and is time consuming
It is a lot more time consuming than it claims. You have to go over each area 3 times multiple days a week for 10 weeks. It took 10 minutes each time just to do my bikini area and under arms. I was wanting to do my legs, too but didn’t have the time. After the recommended months of use, there was no change in my hair growth. A total waste of time. I was able to get a refund though.

I had never even heard of a device to laser remove hair at home. I just knew that it was expensive at a doctors office.I had stopped shaving almost 5 years ago because my hair on my legs would feel rough and sharp quickly after shaving. Less than 18 to 24 hours. So it felt like a waste.I did not have much expectations for the 5minskin device. But I was impressed with the process being so fast and easy. As long as you watch the video link from the company which is included inside the box, you should have no problems.I have used the laser tool 3 times a week after shaving for 3 weeks. I cannot believe how much of a difference there has been. My hair has barely grown any in-between shavings. My skin is fair and my hair is dark brown and thick. I am looking forward to the hair to stop growing. Good luck.

The quality of this device is much better than I anticipated. The promo picture does not so it justice. Came in a very nice box that included the device itself, a hand razor, safety glasses, and the charger. The instructions were easy to follow and the device does seem to work as advertised. The light it emits is quite bright so the safety glasses are a definite must. Almost worried they weren’t enough it was so bright. I didn’t experience any pain during or after using it. There was quite a bit of heat depending on the intensity you use. All and all I’m happy with this purchase. If I don’t see any reduction in hair in the next few weeks I will update my review.

I’ve been using this at home hair remover device, and I’ve seen some reduction in hair growth. However, it’s not as painless as claimed, and I’ve experienced some discomfort during use. The results are also inconsistent, with some areas responding better than others. Overall, it’s an okay product, but not a miracle solution.

DO NOT BUY. These are used and defective! Someone’s Hair was left in it!
These are not new products from 5minskin. They are defective returned products. The first one I received was not even sealed in plastic and the box was damaged. The unit would not turn on at all. I returned it and had it replaced thinking I just happened to get a broken one, and the second one was not only also defective and will not turn on it – IT HAD SOMEONES HAIR STUCK IN IT! Disgusting. Do not buy these. I only bought it here on Amazon because I knew they’d return it if it didn’t work and I’ve heard that the 5minSkin website makes returns and refunds difficult. I’m not even sure if these things even work and now I’ve hesitant to even buy one from the real website.

Not a Tria and way overpriced for the given results.
I bought this for my wife after her Tria stopped working after years of use. She has expressed frustration with this tool every time she uses it. It takes longer to see any results, and even when results do occur, they are far below what was advertised. At this price point she expected more from the tool.
