Gummies arrived stuck together in one large clump inside of the container. Also, they were ineffective. After using them for several nights, I found them to be useless and made no difference to sleep at all. It’s a shame, because this one product seemed to have all the right ingredients: melatonin, L-theanline and magnesium.Another oddity is that the product claims to be “sugar free,” but raw cane sugar is listed as an ingredient on the label.
