STOP! IPL TIME!
I just used this device for the first time today. It seems okay so far, but I’m not sure how it actually works. I used almost double the amount of flashes the app recommended using for the areas I shaved (legs, bikini, and 1 armpit due to a mole in the other armpit). This is probably a result of me not understanding how to actually use the laser. There is an auto mode, and I did try that for my legs, but it stopped before I covered everything (I think?).I’ll update after the 4th week with an analysis of the results.Updated- 2 weeks: I’ve done 6 treatments so far on my pits, bits, and legs. My legs seem almost bare, like I’m having trouble finding hair to shave. I did figure out the auto-move mode for my legs. You have to lift the device every so often for it to continue working. It’s weird, but it does make it a little easier to use. My bikini area the hair does seem thinner, and I’ve noticed less ingrown hairs so I’m please with the results so far. Hair growth still seems quick, but I’m happy with the less ingrown hairs. And as far as my armpits go, pretty much the same as my bikini area. I’m only doing one armpit because of a mole, so I’ll have a good comparison once treatments are completed. My biggest complaint is that I’m still not sure if I’m using it correctly. I will also mention that even with the cooling feature it does feel warm when using on my bikini area, but it’s not painful – just slightly uncomfortable.Mini Update: added a video showing the auto mode. I highly recommend downloading the app because it keeps track to when you should use the device & the settings you should use, and the recommended flashes per area (I still use more, there’s no benefit really but also no downside since the device has unlimited flashes) but even without the app the settings are super easy to use. To get to auto mode for your legs (and probably body – not something I’m doing) just press and hold the big button until then A appears. As you can see in the video it will not flash if it’s not in contact with skin, and if it does stop flashing lifting it up and putting it down again fixed the issue. – Seriously I love this thing so far.Okay final update 1/10/26 : Seriously I love this thing. I haven’t shaved my legs in a month. And there is a noticeable difference in a weeks hair growth between my armpits. And my ladybits are much more manageable now than it was at the start. It’s 100% worth the money. (Armpit with the mole has not had any treatments. Armpit without the mole has been treated). It’s so worth the money.

It is ok. I have a few different models. Works fine, but not especially great. The results are on par with other IPL devices I’ve used, and the cooling feature does help make the process more comfortable. Hair regrowth slows down with regular use, so it’s doing what it’s supposed to.The real problem is the lack of glide mode. You can’t just hold the button and move it smoothly across your skin. Instead, you have to stop every inch, reposition it perfectly, and click again. That makes full-body sessions slow and frustrating, especially if you’re trying to keep spacing consistent.For small areas like the face or bikini line, it’s manageable. But if you’re treating legs or arms, the stop-and-click method gets old fast. It’s a decent device, but missing that one feature that would make it truly efficient.This one gets some bonus points for being smaller and lighter that the other ones I have that lack the glide mode, but that’s about it.I guess it gets a few more points for being lower cost with the same performance as other options that lack the glide feature.

Seems to be working. But have to really follow instructions.Yes it’s portable, comes with a case but the power source and wire are super thick and a bit clumsy to maneuver. Seems very well made and sturdy.

It is easy to use, to move around the areas and safe with the included glasses. The manual and app help a lot to schedule the days she uses it. It is working great and also easy to travel with it.

Pretty painless hair removal
So far, has been easy to use and doesn’t really cause any pain or discomfort. The zapping is a bit weird at first but just something to get used to. Make sure to read the instructions as it’s not as straightforward of simply zapping hair.

Nachdem ich einiges verglichen hatte, bin ich bei diesem Modell gelandet – und bin wirklich begeistert.Als das Paket ankam, war ich positiv überrascht von der hochwertigen Verpackung. Das Gerät selbst ist in einem schönen Champagner-Ton gehalten und liegt super in der Hand. Die Größe ist ideal, wirklich kompakt und leicht. Das fand ich besonders praktisch, da ich oft unterwegs bin und so mein Beauty-Tool einfach in die Reisetasche werfen kann, ohne viel Platz zu verlieren.Die erste Anwendung war dank der App-Anleitung ein Kinderspiel. Man ist wirklich in wenigen Minuten mit größeren Flächen wie den Beinen fertig.
