Great taste and works well
Great nightly gummies to help support a healthy sleep schedule. Taste great. Only slight complaint i would say would have to be how they stick together and to the bottle. It’s probably the most annoying thing about them. I’d give them a 4.5/5 because of that.

I would now be one of those people.As I said previously,I have never attended med schoolI have never been on a riverboat cruiseI have never been in a boat wreckThis morning I awoke in a cold sweat from an otherwise good night sleep, having awoken from dreaming about taking a med school exam while on a riverboat cruise that was in the midst of a fiery wreck and subsequent sinking of the ship.Please refer to the afformentioned points above.These were from a sealed bottle that I opened last night. While highly unlikely, I suppose it is possible that these were contaminated at the factory with LSD or Hallucinegenic Mushrooms, I think this unlikely.I can say that I fell asleep shortly after taking 4, and slept 8 hours straight, so from that perspective they are great sleep gummies, I may switch back to whisky; the side effects aren’t as brutal.

Congestion and sneezing after taking
These work great for sleeping.However I have noticed morning congestion and sneezing after taking. Have tested this theory by stopping entirely and congestion cleared up, then symptoms appear morning after restart. Only taking 1 at night. Certainly seems to be something in them I am allergic to.

They taste good, and are quite effective.
Sleep mode activated. Contains a decent dose of melatonin, and has some other calming/sleepy stuff mixed in. They also taste good. I don’t take these regularly, but when I get the occasional bout of insomnia -these usually do the trick much better than other melatonin sleep aids I’ve tried.

Not that great compared to other brands
I recently tried Lily Care Melatonin Gummies, and while they work well, there was some confusion about the dosage. The bottle claims 600 milligrams on the front, which initially made me think that meant a lower dose (I mixed up milligrams with micrograms). However, upon reading the back, I realized it actually contains 10mg of melatonin per gummy, which is quite a high dose. Most people only need around 2-3mg, as the effects of melatonin don’t scale linearly and can take time to build up in your system. While some may require higher doses, especially if they’ve been using melatonin for a while, the 10mg in each gummy might be too much for those just starting out. Overall, effective, but be cautious with the dosage!
