Biotin is wonderful for my nails and skin. I especially notice a big difference in my nails. They were starting to peel and break a lot as I got older. But Biotin stopped all that! And my skin feels much better, too. I love this stuff!

Patience is a virtue!
I’ve taken this brand for 4 months and I’m noticing a difference. A couple of my nails were separating from the nail bed. My GP recommended biotin and my nails are slowly repairing themselves. It didn’t come on overnight, so you can’t expect it to go away overnight.
