Refreshing, Not Drying!
As one who always thought the most expensive products were best, I learned recently from my dermatologist that is not necessarily the case. I was having reactions to various products and my Dr. recommended Neutrogena toner. My favorite for over 20 years…
Next to Aveda’s toner, this is the best and my favorite. 2 at a nice price- kudos. Cheap enough to use every morning and simply a great tightener and toner. I still use their Hydroplump for a more flushed look and adding more moisture to the top layer of dermis. Either are fantastic products, but I even go one further and get the hydroplump at a lower price by buying the body lotion version instead of just the face version. I used both and I love that with the toner. I use Strivectin products thereafter. I am a man and I do look one age level younger with this regimen.
