Great pens!
This is a great set of pens! They write smoothly. One of my favorite features is the lid! So many of my pens right now are clicker pens, but with this pen I can drop it in my bag and go – and I have an awesome pen with me and don’t have to worry about it writing on other items in my bag. Nice pens!

Smooth Writing!
I’ve gone through a lot of pens over the years, some too scratchy, some too smudgy, and most just forgettable. This one? Feels different. The first time I used it, I didn’t even need a warm-up scribble. It started clean and smooth on the first line. The ink flow feels balanced, not too heavy or too faint, and it somehow glides without slipping, which makes longer writing sessions way easier on the hand.The pen has a good weight to it. Not too light, but not bulky either, and the grip area has a subtle softness that gives just enough hold without feeling squishy. I’ve used it for jotting down notes, writing longer journal entries, and even on slightly textured paper, and it hasn’t skipped once. That kind of consistency makes a difference, especially when you’re picky about your writing tools.Is it the cheapest pen out there? Definitely not. But for the quality, I’d say it’s a solid value. It hits that sweet spot where it feels nice enough to enjoy using, but not so expensive that you panic if it disappears into the black hole of your desk drawer. It’s earned a permanent spot in my daily carry.

Nice smooth pens, thick ink lines.
Smooth writing. Not quite as thick of lines as the 1.0mm ink but still plenty thick for general usages. Goes on paper smoothly and feels good in my hands. Good value, nice pens. I’ll update if the ink dries early or runs out quickly, but so far they’re great.

High-quality pens
This Floatune rollerball pen lives up to its name. I barely have to bear down on the page and the pen glides so easily, it practically IS floating. I don’t have any worries about the pen scratching the paper. I haven’t had any issues with skipping, either, and it feels like it continues to work across a greater range of writing angles than normal rollerball pens.The ink comes out very inky so I was surprised when I found that it dries immediately on looseleaf paper. I tried it on journal paper as well that was a bit smoother and that paper did not absorb the ink as quickly, so keep in mind that higher quality or smoother paper may result in smudging.I like the minimalist look of the pen and both the barrel and the grey grip are incredibly smooth. The barrel has some grooves in the middle to make it easier to uncap the pen, and the grip is comfortable. This is an expensive 5-pack of pens at the current price of $15.99, but I think it is worth it for the high-quality writing experience.

Really Nice Smooth Writing Pens
This is a set of five Floatune pens that are very smooth writing, have lack ink and are a medium point at 0.8mm, which is perfect for writing. The pens write without blotting, and the point is not so thin that you scratch the paper. The pens are just perfect for me! Love these pens!

Not the pen for me.
These are great looking pens! They write great. But, for me the ‘medium’ tip is too ‘bold’. Also, the ink bleeds somewhat through the paper I use, making the ‘underside’ useless for my purposes. So, I’m giving them to friends.

This is one of the most seamlessly, smoothly writing pen’s I have used.
I ordered the Pentel Floatune Rollerball, 0.8mm medium point in black ink in the 5 pack. I gave each co-worker in my work office a pen and asked them for their reviews. Everyone liked the pens. The first description stated was how smoothly the pen writes. You don’t have to press down hard and the ink flows seamlessly on the paper. I think the pen is different than a gel ink pen. The only thing I would do differently is order a finer tip pen style of this same pen, but that is only preference and nothing to do with the quality. Also, having a cap end pen prevents ink from getting on your clothes or ink seeping out like what can happen on a click-pen. This could be a note taking pen. I have this pen on the side of my kitchen refrigerator next to a magnetic notes pad where I can quickly write notes when needed.
