Bought it January 10,2025 and Used it a handful of times and it worked great Monday not even 90 days later it won’t light up turn on or even chargeHowever, my satisfaction was short-lived. Just after three months, the massager abruptly stopped working. What was initially a dependable source of relaxation turned into a source of frustration. I reached out to the vendor for support or a possible replacement, but my attempts to contact them went unanswered. This lack of customer service only added to my disappointment.Considering the price point of $100, I expected a product that would last significantly longer and come with reliable customer support. This experience left me feeling like I wasted my money on a product that didn’t stand the test of time, and a company that doesn’t value its customers.Overall, I can’t recommend this product due to its poor longevity and the company’s unresponsive customer service. It’s a shame because it started off so well, but a product – no matter how good initially – is only as reliable as the support behind it.

Good little massager
Bought this to massage problem areas which are difficult for me to reach. I’m only 5’1, so I’ve short arms, short legs, and small hands working against me.I use furniture to enable me to contort myself into positions that put me at the correct angles to make this massager work for me. My preferred furniture is a bed: I elevate my leg to hit a spot on my thigh, stand on the floor and put a hand down on the bed to better balance myself while hitting a glute, etc.The short charging cord isn’t a problem. I place the massager on my nightstand to charge since my alarm clock charges USB devices. The massager arrived half charged out of the box, so it only took about two hours to get it fully charged.I don’t plan on traveling with this device, but I understand why some reviewers want a bag to be included. If I ever wanted to pack this massager for travel, I would probably just pack it in its original box and packaging. Alternatively, I could insert my preferred attachment (flat head) in the device and encase the whole thing in bubble wrap or a silicone ziplock bag.One can think of ways to make things work for them. =)

Does it all in a handheld package
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I use this for several post op surgical areas like perineum/scrotum scar tissue, hip nerve restoration from TJR and lower back knots from yard work. I even bought one for my wife for her shoulder and hip pain. A little louder than I thought but still quiet. The rubber body is easy to manipulate and while have uses it for a week daily, I haven’t had to recharge it yet.
