This is an excellent product for the price. Highly recommend. Multiple heat settings, easy to use and maneuver handle, the thickness of the flat irons is perfect for short, medium and long hair. It looks sleek and very high end, comes in a great packaging and very durable itself. The long electric cord makes it really easy to work with.

I use this most every time I wash my hair. I use a preheat treatment. It smooths my hair without pulling.

Not worth it!
I really wanted to love this flat iron. The product itself works well – heats up evenly, straightens quickly, and the 9 heat settings are nice. But I had a simple question and contacted T3’s customer service, which turned out to be a huge mistake.Their support was absolutely terrible. Waited forever for a response, got vague unhelpful answers, and felt completely ignored when I followed up. It’s frustrating because the flat iron is decent, but knowing I’ll get zero help if something goes wrong makes me regret buying it.Honestly, it’s not worth the price. You’re paying premium money for a product with terrible customer service. There are so many other brands with similar quality flat irons that cost less and actually support their customers. Save your money and go elsewhere.
