Actually works!
Truly a wonderful product! I was skeptical at first, but it has turned my brittle, flaky nails to be longer and stronger. My hair is growing faster and shedding less. Been taking this for about 9 months. I’ve seen a huge different in the health of my hair and nails. Skin is healthier too. I’m over 40 and female. I’ve been looking for something to help support. I don’t like taking powdered products so this works perfectly. Hair is longest it’s ever been and healthy. My nails and skin are also improving. My nails don’t break as easily and are finally healthy. I have this on a subscription now. Easy to take. No after taste. No funky burps either. Long term consistency is key to seeing effects.

It will make your hair thicker!
I started taking these for joint health and they have definitely helped but the extra bonus is how full, thick and soft my hair has become. I have always had hair that the stylist call “frog fur”. But no more! Vital Vitamins Multi Collagen Complex Plus has also made my nails grow twice as fast. It isn’t the cheapest product but you have to ask yourself how important are my joints! A great product. I have acid reflux and I did not have any issues with this product. Can you see me shaking my beautiful locks? 🙂

Good results but affects your gut.
I feel like these did help my perimenopausal issue of itchy eyes. And I think it is helping my joints and also my nails seem to be growing faster and thicker. The downside is I figured out whenever I taken them, I have mild nausea and a burning type sensation in my stomach. It is not horrible but it is uncomfortable. I had forgotten to take a few days and then within a couple hours of taking a dose, my stomach issues started and I was reminded of how I had been having them the previous week, all on days that I took the collagen. As long as you can tolerate that, I think you will like this product. I am going to try taking with food and a large amount of water tomorrow and see if that helps me.

A couple of days into taking these, my face got red and itchy so I discontinued them. I couldn’t find any other reviews with reactions like this, but it did get better once stopped. I ended up giving them away..
