Confotable Eye Mask with generous padding and soothing warmth
This eye mask is well padded so sits comfortably on the eyes even when not using the heated feature. I use this on the lightest heat setting when flying and it works very well. The 15 minute auto shut off is a nice idea as it allows me to drift off to sleep and not worry about leaving a heated device running. I like that it has covers that are interchangeable and can be removed to clean. The Eye Mask can be plugged into the USB port of the Airplane seat provided you use a longer cord. At least 4 feet would be a good length USB cord to have.

Heats up instantly and works amazing
My new favorite. My doctor recommended using a heated eye mask for my dry eyes so I went in the search for one and came across this one and figured I’d give it a try. First let me say, these things heat up immediately! I put them in, click the button, and they heat up so so fast. They have 3 different heat settings which is great. They are designed well, the shape fits on my face very well and they stay in place. They can be adjusted as needed and lay on the eye area to give adequate pressure. The material is nice and soft and well padded. Comes with an extra cover so you can switch out easily when you need to wash. Charging is easy and quick and the mask lasts for at least 4 cycles on high. Not sure if it’s the heat or the dark but I fall asleep instantly when I have these on. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good quality heated eye mask!

Nice heated mask but needs an additional temperature setting
I have tried a few heated eye masks. I have used the ones that you need to microwave and find them inconvenient, and do not like how their heat changes with time. I tried a plug-in heated mask and it did the job, but the connecting wires were inconvenient and a nuisance. Then I tried this cordless heated eye mask and have been very pleased. It gives me a consistent temperature, is comfortable to wear, and helps with my meibomian gland issues to keep my eyelids moist and clear.The unit holds its charge well and gives me 4 to 5 uses at the number 2 setting for 15 minutes and then I recharge it. So far it works well, but I really need another temperature setting (as I have found on another heated mask that provides 4 temperature settings) as the #1 setting is not warm enough and the #2 setting is too hot.I like that it comes with a silky cover and a soft tufted cover as well.

I was excited to try this heated eye mask, but it has been very disappointing. It stopped charging properly after a short time, and when it does charge, the battery drains extremely fast. For the price, I expected much better quality and reliability. Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations at all.
