My hair doesn’t fall out like it use to since using this massager
I have a problem with my hair falling out, for years. Since I started using this massager, my hair doesn’t fall our as much as it use to. I use to have large amounts of hair left in the shower. Not anymore. I don’t massage my head with this every day but use it at least 3 times a week.

I was worried this would be stiff, but it’s actually the perfect amount of firm but soft! Can’t wait to use this on hair washing day. I have issues with my wrists and finger joints so I feel like I can’t get a good scrub in sometimes with just my fingers.

Very strong, almost a bit stiff but you can feel its effect on your scalp. If you have curly hair, don’t drag it through the hair. Apply to scalp, massage (back & forth motion is best, not circular), lift to remove then reapply continue the same process all over the scalp.Overall, good product👍

Works well, BUT one of the large “fingers” broke off after one month of use
I like this product. It makes washing hair effortless, efficient and enjoyable. It also provides a great invigorating scalp massage. I’ve been using it daily for a month and am really pleased with it, BUT…today I find that one of the “fingers” has broken off. The business end involves a combination of cone-shaped fingers and heavier cylindrical fingers. Surprisingly, one of the heavier cylindrical fingers separated from its base.See image.I don’t write a negative review if I can resolve problems directly with the Seller. In this case, The Heeta Store provides no means of contact; I was unable to discuss the matter with Heeta, so I spoke with Amazon, who graciously arranged for a replacement, and is sending me a free-return-shipping call tag label.I hope the replacement product doesn’t suffer the same defect. Thanks to Ray M. at Amazon Customer Support.[Follow up]Within a couple of months, the replacement unit lost a heavy cylindrical finger, too. Just like the first unit. Appears to be a weakness/flaw in the design. Too bad, because the product is inexpensive and provides an invigorating scalp massage.[Follow up after about six months with the replacement]More of the heavy cylindrical fingers broke off. As an experiment, I just kept using it, and within six months ALL of the heavy cylindrical fingers broke off. All of them. That’s a DESIGN FLAW, Heeta. The item still works with only the cone shaped fingers remaining, but the massage effect is softer and less beneficial.

Highly rated dandruff scrubber
I love this item. As someone who has dandruff it is difficult to just bare hand get all the dandruff layer off. The massage quality is very relaxing and feels thorough. The durability so far has been wonderful. The build quality for the fit of my hand so far is good. The design of it makes it comfortable to massage my head and make it free of dandruff for a time being.

I am honestly not sure what the buzz was about. It’s likely a problem with me and not the tons of people who have all given this great reviews, but I might as well be honest and say that this honestly felt like trying to scrub my scalp with one of those plastic novelty balls kids play with, only if the ball was tiny, hard as a rock, and hated you.The silicone bristles don’t get into or massage your scalp at all in my experience. It felt somewhat like rubbing my head with the flat base of a shampoo bottle. I tried with it for a while but replaced it with something that has actual bristles eventually and would never get this again.
