Great coverage!
I have been using a variety of products over the years: lotions, powders, sticks; but nothing suited. This product (which has a good EWG rating) gives excellent coverage, yet washes off easily. I use a brush to apply around my eyes and just dab and rub on other facial spots. No reaction or irritation; stays in place; long-lasting. Give it a try.

I love that this product truly works AND is less toxic and safe for my skin and body.I love this concealer – helps cover up bags under my eyes and blemishes so seamlessly. It is thick without feeling cakey and one bottle lasts so long. No scent which is a plus for me!

Good coverage and color match
Wish I could give half stars because mine would be a 4.5I have peri-oral dermatitis. It is pretty much impossible to find a face makeup that doesn’t eventually peel with my skin. And any product that could potentially contribute to it.This doesn’t seem to enhance my skin flare ups. No matter what, I will have to touch up my skin at some point during the day, but that’s not associated with this product. It doesn’t make it worse is what I’m trying to say.I find that it provides adequate coverage for my red skin around the problem areas. I do, however, struggle to get enough coverage for my under eye. It also can appear cakey on the tip of my nose. However, I did just change my brush and that may help.I did recently try Ilia’s complexion stick, and that works great for my under eye. I think the combination of the two products will be perfect.

I love how easy it is to get an exact or close to it match thru Ilia’s website. The color is perfect for my skin tone. The texture is great and a little goes a long way. It’s effective in covering up dark circles and blemishes.

Dry Skin Society Rejoice!!
Coverage: Unlike other hydrating foundations, this one dries down to a satin finish fairly quickly (I’d say 5-10 minutes). I actually loved that finish more than I thought I would because I’m a dewy girl typically. I got light coverage by dabbing the foundation on face and blending out. I got medium coverage when I dipped my kabuki into foundation and applied to my face. I haven’t tried building layers since I’m not a layer girl and light/medium coverage is my preference.Wear: I didn’t notice any creasing, but I did use their serum primer which should help with that. Honestly with light/med coverage, I find it difficult to see when makeup starts wearing off. I will say that I can normally see my nose pores after a full day of work, but they were still covered with this Ilia foundation, so that’s a good sign. Since I have dry skin, I don’t set my makeup with powder so my wear time is reduced. Side note, I’ve heard good things about the Ilia powder so I’m going to give it a shot. Fingers crossed that it’s another win.Hydration: More than anything else, I love how this foundation does not dry out my skin. It’s been years since I’ve used a foundation that didn’t leave me with dry spots on my nose and around my mouth within 2-3 hours. With Ilia, I have no issues with flakes. It’s an absolute game changer for me! One time, I actually forgot to apply moisturizer to my nose because I was rushing. Even then, I had just a few, tiny dry skin flakes on my nose AND it’s the middle of a winter. I was so impressed!Color: I recommend looking at the Ilia site for guidance on which foundation color is for you. I’ve heard some complaints that the color is dull, and before the Ilia foundation dried down , I was a little worried about that too. However, once it’s dry, it looks so naturally beautiful, like a healthier version of your own skin. For those that like more glow, I’ve seen some use Ilia highlighter serum under the foundation. I might try that in the future.Bottom line: I absolutely adore this foundation. It looks so good that I’m actually wearing foundation to work again. I haven’t done that in years because of the flakiness of my previous foundations. It may be on the pricey side, but it is worth it to me. I will definitely repurchase when I run out.

The bottle is very messy, no good way to use the product without getting it all over the outside. When I received it, it had leaked. Thought I could just wash it up and deal with it but then realized it the bottle design is just not good.

Expensive but does the job, but only for a few hours
Moderate coverage, does not crease, but wears off after a few hours. Expensive for what it is because the applicator is a cheap, clear, bendable plastic wand with foam tip! Really? For the price I expected more, like in Estee Lauder’s concealers. But it does the job for a few hours and looks flawless while it lasts.

I am 43 with wrinkles under my and I need a lot of coverage.i liked this product at the beginning but as time went by I noticed it dried up my under eye even more and it made my wrinkles show more and when combined with loose powder it will show like cracks..so unless you have oily skin don’t use in my opinion
